Processing Time: Please allow up to 24 hours for processing and shipping.
Discreet Billing & Shipping: All orders are billed and shipped discreetly for your privacy.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided with every order.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining the safety and hygiene of our products. Here's our policy:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and items are considered used once they leave our warehouse, making them non-returnable. However, we will replace defective items within 14 days of delivery.

Requesting a Replacement:
- Contact us to request a Return Merchandise
  Authorization (RMA) before returning any items.
- Include a description of the defect and attach photos, if possible, to help expedite the replacement process.
Important Notes:
- Products can only be replaced due to defects. Exchanges or returns for reasons like size, preference, or change of mind cannot be accommodated.
- Refused or canceled orders will incur a 25% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
